US Federal Govt, Deptt. of Cultural Affairs invites REGULAR STUDENTS of Colleges/ Universities from all over the WORLD to come to USA, work, earn, holiday and experience American culture and life. This is called WORK AND TRAVEL PROGRAM with J1 Work/Exchange visitor visa for working max 4 months and 1 month holiday. Typically, temporary jobs during Summer vacation/Semester break/practical training during a Semester. Students get an opportunity to meet students from across the GLOBE besides enjoying America.

The jobs are pre arranged by us in Hospitality, Amusement parks, Resorts, Departmental store chains etc which do not require any technical skills.

The students will go between 01 May and 30 Jun 2009 after their examinations.

Being a US Govt. sponsored program, chances of visa are very good and the student can pay for his trip from his earnings, making it almost FREE.

• Be atleast 18-20years of age.
• Graduation 1st & 2nd Year, Post Graduation 1st Year Student are Eligible.
• Regular students of Colleges and Universities
• Good Command Over English.

Application and Documentation Required-

* Education certificates
* Proof of being regular student/ Certificate from the college

The application gets filed ON LINE , student selects Jobs available, intimation goes to potential empoloyers, selection by the employer, job offer to the student, acceptance by the student, Receipt of DS 2019 Form ( certificate to get J1 visa from the Embassy), Preparation of file for visa application, Embassy interview for visa, Pre departure orientation in India, Orientation training on arrival in USA, Joining the work.

All details about salary, working hrs, duties, facilities , accomodation, insurance etc will be available to the student well in time.

The process can take 2 to 4 months and we would like to complete it before the examinations so that no time is wasted after the exams.
